Poster presentation guidelines

Please prepare your poster in A1 format in portrait orientation.

• Size: 594mm:(width) x 841mm (height), 23.4inches (width) x 33.1inches (height)

We have attempted to group posters into different themes, there is a draft poster programme now available. If you would like your poster to be in a different theme please notify us at iutam2019@ic.ac.uk

You can also upload a pdf copy of your poster which will then be made visible on the web page and accessible from the conference web page.

To upload your poster:

• go to the abstract submission page https://ssl.linklings.net/conferences/iutam-transition/

• Login to the system, click on the “update” link next to your poster submission.

• Scroll down past the author information and abstract details. There is now a section for poster upload (25Mb max size). -

• You can also add a video link describing your poster. If you are able to generate a video describing your poster you can upload it to YouTube (or another publicly open site) and then cut and paste the link in here.

Note: The pdf copies and video link will then be made available from the main conference page to allow everyone to see your poster/video. A example is currently available udner the Poster Guidance heading in the poster programme page.
